Benefits of PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana

PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana Application Process
- First, go to the official website, pmsuryaghar.gov.in.
- On the home page, select the option to Apply for Rooftop Solar.
- First, register by supplying the following information: State, Electricity Distribution Company, Electricity Mobile Number, Email Address, and Customer Number.
- Follow the steps outlined below to apply.
How to Apply for PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana
Register on the site with the following information
- Step 1
1. Select your state.
2. Select your electricity distribution company.
3. Enter your electricity consumer number.
4. Please enter the Mobile-Number.
5. enter email.
Please follow the instructions of the portal. - Step 2
1. Login with consumer number and mobile number.
2. Apply for rooftop solar as per form. - Step 3
1. Wait for Discom to approve the feasibility.
2. Once you have received feasibility approval, have the plant installed by any registered vendor in your distribution company. - Step 4
Once the installation is complete, submit the plant information and apply for the net metering.
- Step 5
After installation of net meter and inspection by DISCOM, they will generate commissioning certificate from the portal.
- Step 6
Once you get the commissioning report. Submit bank account details and a canceled check through the portal. You will receive your subsidy in your bank account within 30 days.
