Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed the Recorder Certificate Class Course (RCCC) Training from the Assam Survey & Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon, Guwahati-40.
The candidate must have passed the mandated examination in both Survey and Settlement subjects by an official result declared by the Director of Land Records & Surveys etc., Assam, before the commencement of the relevant Government notification dated 13 August 2026.
Computer Proficiency
Candidates must have proficiency in computer use with a minimum typing speed of:
- English: 30 WPM
- Assamese/Bengali: 15 WPM
